Kermit’s Key West Key Lime Citrus Salsa As An Appetizer:
Serve citrus salsa with water crackers
With Citrus Salsa, try Triscuit brand crackers and sharp cheddar cheese. The combination is awesome.
Serving hint: Place the Citrus Salsa in a bowl and serve the Triscuit crackers and sliced sharp cheddar cheese arranged separately on a serving tray. If you put the cheese on the crackers in advance, the crackers pull the moisture from the cheese and get soggy in short order. Served separately, the crackers stay fresh and crisp.
As a condiment:
Great with chicken, ham, and fish. Use in place of pickle on a ham sandwich. Try Citrus Salsa in chicken or tuna salad
